4. 広告の配信について（Google AdSense）

当サイトでは、第三者配信の広告サービス「Google アドセンス（Google AdSense）」を利用しています。

Google などの第三者配信事業者は Cookie を使用して、ユーザーが当サイトや他のウェブサイトに過去にアクセスした際の情報に基づいて広告を配信します。Google が広告 Cookie を使用することにより、Google やそのパートナーは当サイトや他のサイトへのアクセス情報に基づいて、ユーザーに適切な広告を表示できます。

YouTube 動画などの埋め込みコンテンツは、訪問者がその外部サイトを直接訪れた場合と同様に動作し、Cookie の使用やデータの収集を行う場合があります。

7. 第三者提供と国外移転

取得した個人情報は、本人の同意がある場合や法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に提供しません。ただし、上記の外部サービスの利用に伴い、情報が米国など日本国外（EEA 外を含む）のサーバーに移転・保存される場合があります。この場合、各事業者が採用する標準契約条項（SCC）等の適切な保護措置のもとで取り扱われます。

  • お問い合わせ内容：対応完了後、必要な期間のみ

9. 利用者の権利

利用者は、ご自身の個人情報について、以下の権利を有します。

  • アクセス（開示）、訂正、削除を求める権利
  • 処理の制限、処理への異議を申し立てる権利
  • データポータビリティの権利
  • 同意をいつでも撤回する権利（撤回前の処理の適法性には影響しません）

10. 子どもの個人情報

当サイトおよび本アプリは、16歳未満（国によっては13歳未満）の子どもを対象としておらず、子どもの個人情報を意図的に取得することはありません。

11. アプリにおける情報の取り扱い

当サイト運営者は、デベロッパー名「DoItMyself」として Google Play 等でアプリを公開しています。各アプリには個別のプライバシーポリシーがあり、アプリ固有の取り扱いについては個別のポリシーが優先されます。

頭痛ログ（Headache Log）

  • パッケージ名：net.doitmyself.headachelog
  • 個別ポリシー：https://headache.doitmyself.net/privacy.html
  • 運営者のサーバーはなく、頭痛・服薬の記録（健康に関する情報を含む）は利用者の端末内と、ログインした場合は利用者ご自身の Google ドライブにのみ保存されます。運営者や第三者がこれらのデータを受け取ることはありません。
  • ログインは任意です。Google アカウントでログインした場合、本アプリが作成したファイルへのアクセス（drive.file）と、名前・プロフィール画像の表示（userinfo.profile）の権限のみを使用します。Google API から取得した情報の使用は、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（限定使用の要件を含む）に準拠します。
  • 気圧・天気・地名の取得のため、利用者が許可した場合に限り、端末の位置情報（緯度・経度、小数点以下4桁）を Open-Meteo および OpenStreetMap Nominatim に送信します。許可はいつでも取り消せます。
  • アクセス解析や広告のサービスは使用していません。通信はすべて HTTPS で暗号化されます。
  • 記録は、アプリ内の削除機能、Google ドライブの「Headache_Log」フォルダーの削除、ブラウザーのサイトデータの削除により、利用者ご自身で削除できます。

今後公開するアプリについても、取得する情報、利用目的、第三者への送信の有無を本項または各アプリの個別ポリシーに記載します。

12. 安全管理

当サイトは、個人情報への不正アクセス、紛失、漏えい等を防ぐため、通信の暗号化（HTTPS）などの合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。

13. 免責事項

当サイトおよび本アプリの情報はできる限り正確なものを提供するよう努めていますが、正確性や安全性を保証するものではありません。井戸掘りや DIY などの作業は、ご自身の判断と責任のもとで安全に十分注意して行ってください。本アプリは医療機器ではなく、診断や治療を目的としたものではありません。体調に不安がある場合は医師にご相談ください。当サイトの情報や本アプリの利用により生じた損害等について、当サイトは責任を負いかねます。

This Privacy Policy explains how DoItMyself (“we”; Google Play developer name: DoItMyself; contact: support@doitmyself.net) handles personal data on https://www.doitmyself.net/ and in our apps, in accordance with Japanese law and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect: comment data (name, email, website, IP address, user agent); usage data via cookies (pages viewed, referrer, device/browser, approximate location); advertising data collected by Google AdSense and its partners.

Purposes and legal bases: displaying comments and preventing spam (legitimate interests); analytics (consent or legitimate interests); advertising, including personalized ads (consent); responding to inquiries (legitimate interests); legal compliance (legal obligation).

Apps – Headache Log (net.doitmyself.headachelog), published by “DoItMyself” on Google Play: The app has no server of its own. Headache and medication records (health-related information) are stored only on your device and, if you sign in, in your own Google Drive; neither we nor any third party receive them. Sign-in is optional; when used, the app requests only the drive.file and userinfo.profile scopes, and its use of information from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. With your permission, the app sends your latitude/longitude (4 decimal places) to Open-Meteo and OpenStreetMap Nominatim to obtain air pressure, weather and place names. No analytics or advertising services are used; all communication uses HTTPS. App-specific policy: https://headache.doitmyself.net/privacy.html. The app is not a medical device.
